Cotton
Upland cotton and Pima cotton are the two most common varieties of cotton we use during the manufacturing of our garments. Upland cotton is the most prevalent form of cotton in the world and is widely farmed in India. Pima cotton, on the other hand, is a newer variety of cotton that was developed in the early twentieth century. Due to its long fibers, Pima cotton is said to be of higher quality than upland cotton, resulting in a softer and more durable fabric. Depending on the garment type, end-use, and budget, both cotton varieties are employed during the export of cotton garments from India.
